 Gabriel Olasubomi Afolayan- A true born Nigerian Actor/Singer under Studio 6 Music Multimedia Ltd.GABRIEL as a very talented actor and singer has always had the feeling of being a musician, his music can be classified as R&B and Soul, this talented young man is set to storm the world with his style of music and has his eyes on the Nigerian and the international market as he plans to release his music under STUDIO 6 MUSIC. Hails from Kwara state, born in Lagos but grew up in Ibadan to a prominent film maker in Nigeria Late Mr. Adeyemi Afolayan (Ade Love) that produced to his credits films like Taxi Driver, Kadara, Ija-Ominira, which added more to his acting/
singing career.
Growing up at a very early age in the midst of entertainers coupled with the love for music and passion for deep philosophical thoughts and words, music was not far-fetched for
him because acting, dancing, singing and the constant contact with the art sharpens him up to discover his talent and geared him up while growing up also he's a Theater Arts
Graduate from the University of Ibadan.
  In 1997 he was signed to Phynix Studio Ibadan as a backup singer. He has performed his songs at the Nite Of A Thousand Laff hosted in Ibadan and at the Coloseum in Opebi Lagos
with King Wasiu Ayinde Marshall(K1) the ultimate he also performed at
his brothers film launch titled "Phone Swap", also he's set to feature various artistes on his upcoming album.
He made his major comeback to acting with Tade Ogidan's Madam Dearest in 2004, an experience, he says, was “hectic and tasking because Tade is one of the major directors in Nigeria that has gone far and wide.” For the movie, he recollects, “he made me see reasons why the role must be achieved dully, then told me the intricacies and based on my own research on the character, in line with the story, I had to put in my best which paid off.
Gabriel recently released a love song titled 'Kokoro ife' which has been receiving massive reviews from critics and fans alike. The song is his first as an artiste; the video for the song is ready and will soon be release
