Miley Cyrus says she thought she ‘had to be gay’ because ‘men were evil’ but new man Cody Simpson changed her mind
Miley Cyrus has taken a swipe at her ex-husband and other men as she praised her new man.
The Wrecking Ball singer, who is now dating 22-year-old Cody Simpson months after breaking up with Liam Hemsworth, said she thought she “had to be gay” because “men were evil” but Cody, who she refers to as “good people”, came into her life and changed her mind.
While speaking to her million followers on Instagram Live, Miley, 27, explained why it took her so long to date Cody despite knowing each other for years.
She said: “I was being a little too hardcore for him and his vibes and not allowing anyone in but now I am.”
She added: “There are good people out there that just happen to have d**ks. I’ve only ever met one, and he’s on this live.”
Addressing her sexuality, Miley, who began dating a woman, Kaitlynn Carter shortly after both their marriages ended, continued: “There are good men out there guys, don’t give up. You don’t have to be gay, there are good people with d**ks out there, you’ve just got to find them.”
She added: “I just always thought I had to be gay because all guys were evil but it’s not true.”
She ended the video by telling Cody: “Miss you babe.”
Miley and Cody fuelled speculations they have moved in together after Cody shared an Instagram story with boxes behind him and the caption: “Movin in.”
This comes just two months after Miley and Liam Hemsworth, 29, announced the end of their seven-month-old marriage.
